What areas do you service?

We provide janitorial services in Saanich, Victoria, Langford, Oak Bay, Esquimalt, Colwood, Central Saanich, Sooke, Sidney, North Saanich, View Royal, Metchosin, and Highlands.

Are you insured?

Yes, we hold a $5,000,000 CGL insurance policy and are registered with WorkSafeBC (Number #201555956).

What sets your cleaning services apart from others?

Our employees! We believe in valuing our employees and respecting their contributions, we have several employees that have been with us for more than ten years and believe in paying our cleaners and valuing the work they do.

We are communicative and responsive to property managers.

Will we have the same cleaner every time?

Yes, we like to assign the same cleaner to a job to help them get familiar with the building. We typically only replace a cleaner if their personal circumstances means it no longer works with them or they 

What are your rates?

Regular monthly contracts range with service frequency and size of building.

Emergency/request janitorial is priced at $35.00 per hour (+ GST).
